These terms describe how coaching sessions and packages with ResetDay are booked and delivered. They are placeholder wording pending professional legal review.

Scope of practice

ResetDay is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or mental-health care. It is a reflective coaching and personal-growth process.

If you are dealing with a mental health condition or a medical situation, please work with a qualified clinician. Coaching is not a substitute for professional care.

Booking and payment

Discovery calls are booked through Calendly and are free of charge. Paid single sessions and packages are booked and paid through Naffy. Prices shown are starting prices in EUR and may include applicable taxes as noted at checkout.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel a session up to a set notice period before it starts. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may not be refunded or rescheduled. Exact notice periods will be confirmed in the final reviewed terms.

Confidentiality

Anything you share in a session is treated as confidential. Notes are kept minimal and stored securely. Confidentiality may be limited only where required by law or where there is a serious risk to safety.

Your commitment

Coaching is a collaborative process. Progress depends on your active engagement, honesty, and willingness to try new things between sessions. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Complaints

If something in the process does not feel right, please raise it with Paulina directly so we can address it together. A formal complaint procedure will be included in the final reviewed terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is Berlin.
