Legal
Privacy Policy
ResetDay ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection law. This page is a plain-language summary; final wording is pending professional legal review.
Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is Paulina, operating as ResetDay, based in Berlin, Germany. You can reach us at radyno.coaching@gmail.com.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you actively give us: the details you enter in the contact form (name, email, message), any information you share while booking a discovery call, and — if you subscribe — the email address you provide for the Mindful Transition Journal waitlist. Basic server logs may record technical information such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
Your data is used to reply to your enquiry, arrange and deliver coaching sessions, and — where you have opted in — to send you the Mindful Transition Journal when it launches. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for advertising.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers: Calendly (for booking discovery calls) and Naffy (for scheduling and payment of paid sessions). Any data shared with them is limited to what is strictly required to deliver the service. The final policy will list every subprocessor and its role.
How long we keep it
Personal data is kept only for as long as needed to answer your request, provide the service you booked, and meet any legal obligation (for example, tax record-keeping). Exact retention periods will be confirmed in the final policy.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email radyno.coaching@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Berlin data protection authority.
Changes
This policy will be updated when the final reviewed version is published. Substantial changes will be flagged clearly on this page.
