Meet Paulina

Coaching that's structured, warm, and grounded in real training

I'm a certified coach (Meritum Coaching School) and certified ThetaHealer (THInK Basic & Advanced), with a background in Human Resources Management and international corporate experience. I work with women who are quietly outgrowing an old chapter, in Polish and English, from Berlin — and online across Europe.

The method

Coaching

Structure, thoughtful questions, and grounded next steps. A structured coaching approach that turns fog into clarity.

Mindfulness

Present-moment practices that calm the nervous system and let you make choices from stillness instead of urgency.

ThetaHealing

A gentle, meditative method that works in slowed brainwave  (theta) states to ease limiting beliefs and inner blocks. Optional, for clients who feel drawn to it. Note: ThetaHealing is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.

ResetDay is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or mental-health care. It is a reflective coaching and personal-growth process.
