Meet Paulina

I'm a coach, a ThetaHealer, and a Polish woman who rebuilt her life in Berlin. I work with women who are outgrowing an old chapter — and I bring calm, structure, and gentle depth to the conversation.

My story

A path I chose on purpose

I moved from Poland to Germany with no plan and my CV. On paper my career worked - HR, recruiting, and sales. Inside, I was scared and lost about what I really wanted to do.

Burnout, becoming a mother, and deep anxiety pushed me to start working on myself. Then I landed in a coaching session and began ThetaHealing meditation - I was trying to find myself again. I trained as a coach at Meritum Coaching School and as a ThetaHealer (THInK Basic & Advanced), and turned that work into what I now hold for other women.

Today I sit with women in transition - expats far from home, career shifters, new mothers, and anyone standing at the edge of a chapter that no longer fits. We work with what's real, and we shape one small next step at a time. It makes me feel fulfilled.

Off the clock

Off the clock in Berlin

Berlin taught me to keep an open mind. Away from sessions, I'm usually reading, practicing yoga, nordic walking, or spending time with my daughter. I love Berlin's duality - as an introvert I can disappear into nature, its lakes and forests, and still enjoy the diversity of a big city.
