The method
The ResetDay Method
A three-pillar approach to lasting, grounded change. Coaching for clarity. Mindfulness for steadiness. ThetaHealing for depth. Held in one calm space and shaped around what you actually need.
Coaching
Clarity, goals, and powerful questions that turn fog into direction. A structured coaching approach that keeps us honest — grounded action steps, not vague intentions. We name what you actually want, what's in the way, and what one clear move looks like next.
- Powerful, open questions
- Clear goals and structure
- Grounded, doable next steps
Mindfulness
Present-moment practices to soften the noise so you can hear yourself again. Grounding, breathwork, and body awareness that regulate the nervous system and let you make choices from stillness instead of urgency.
- Grounding and breathwork
- Body awareness
- Present-moment anchoring
ThetaHealing
Optional, gentle work with limiting beliefs, inner blocks, and old emotional patterns that quietly shape how you live. Named responsibly: this is belief work, not medical or mental-health care. For clients who feel drawn to this modality, it can open a deeper alignment between what you want and what you allow yourself. Note: ThetaHealing is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.
- Exploring limiting beliefs
- Releasing inner blocks
- Deeper alignment
How the three work together
Structure, stillness, and depth
Coaching alone provides structure. It builds a good plan, but a plan is only worth the nervous system it lands on.
Mindfulness alone can be calming. It quiets the noise, but stillness on its own doesn't decide what happens next.
Belief work alone can go deep without direction. It reaches old patterns, but change lasts when it's held inside a real, structured process.
Together, the three make change gentle and grounded at the same time. That's the ResetDay method.
What a session looks like
A steady rhythm
Sessions run 60–90 minutes on a private video call (or in person in Berlin on request). The arc is intentionally simple - and steady enough that you can trust it week after week.
- 1
Arrive
A short grounding practice at the start. We put down the day and come into the space together.
- 2
Name what's real
You share what's alive. I listen closely and reflect back what I'm hearing — no rush, no fixing.
- 3
Explore
We use coaching questions, mindfulness, or belief work — whichever fits the moment — to see the pattern underneath.
- 4
One clear step
We close with something you can carry: a decision, a boundary, a practice, or a next step small enough to actually do.
ResetDay is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or mental-health care. It is a reflective coaching and personal-growth process.
Your next step can be simple
One free 30-minute call. No pressure — just a calm space to see what's real for you right now.
